Position Summary:

The Head Bancassurance is responsible for driving and scaling up insurance business across the various channels within the organization. He / She will be product lead for Group credit life and general insurance.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to integrate, scale, and grow the Life and General Insurance business within the organization.
• Drive maximum penetration of insurance products, including Life and General across customer segments.
• Ensure strict compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal governance frameworks.
• Conduct regular governance meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations with internal stakeholders and insurance partners, as per business requirements.
