:Job purpose
This role is responsible for providing the regional oversight for market level performance and leading efforts around development followed by execution of Sun Life long-term Banca strategies in Asia. It involves close collaboration with the leadership team and key stakeholders across regional and market teams to develop and refine strategic objectives, identify new opportunities, conduct thorough analysis, and monitor performance metrics to ensure progress towards set goals.
Major accountabilities
Lead the articulation of the 3B (Building Bancassurance Brilliance) execution plan across the markets. Ensure effective execution of the project inclusive of project management, market engagement across the agreed initiatives and priorities.
