Lisbonata is looking for an experienced Head Baker / Operations Lead to join our Β team in Brooklyn, NYC.
Weβre searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, takes ownership, and is excited to help scale a modern Pasteis de Nata bakery brand focused on quality, consistency, and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily bakery production operations
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met
- Oversee prep, baking, organization, and inventory flow
- Create and manage team schedules
- Train and supervise bakery staff
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational systems
- Improve workflow efficiency and kitchen organization
- Work closely with ownership on growth and expansion initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a Head Baker or bakery leadership position
