**Summary:**
This position is responsible for analysis, design and simulation of the EMR system. Creates, conducts and maintains training programs related to EMR. Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing procedures. Communicates with staff and participates in the implementation of these changes with impacted teams.

**The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in Instructional Design with a focus on Inpatient Nursing workflows within Epic, including Care Management and Long-Term Care.** This role requires experience designing and delivering training solutions that support accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments, interventions, and care plans throughout the patient stay.
