Assist the Specialist and Senior Manager: Talent Management and Organisational Development with adequate support to manage employees through the talent management lifecycle. Assist in developing talent management frameworks and tools for the management of recruiting, retaining and developing BMA employees. Assist in recruiting, retaining and developing BMA employees.
