Overview of the role

As a Business Development Consultant in our Singapore Health & Group Benefits team, you will be working with leading companies in Singapore on a wide variety of complex projects involving the design, communication, funding, implementation and management of a full array of Health and Group Benefits programs including health, risk, flexible benefits and wellness benefits as well as other in-service benefits. You will have ownership of ensuring we continue to provide our clients with innovative advisory services and solutions including wellness initiatives.

In this space, you will serve as the project manager and day-to-day communication liaison with our clients, create client deliverables, contribute to client management and lead new business activities, and participate in the creation of new intellectual capital.
