Position Summary
A Hawker is responsible for preparing, handling, and selling food or beverages in a fast-paced, high-volume environment such as markets, festivals, food stands, or outdoor venues. This role requires strong customer service skills, efficiency, and strict adherence to food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

+ Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards

+ Set up, operate, and break down food stalls, carts, or booths

+ Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to drive sales
