The Job:
As Harvest Manager, you will take full responsibility for seasonal labour operations across the farm, ensuring harvesting runs efficiently and to plan. You will oversee the full process from planning through to execution, making sure crops are picked on time, meet quality standards, and align with supermarket requirements. This is a highly operational role where you will be closely involved in the day to day coordination of harvesting activities. You will manage workforce planning, allocate resources effectively, and ensure smooth delivery during peak periods. 
There is also a strong commercial focus. You will be responsible for monitoring labour efficiency, controlling costs, and working towards yield and performance targets.
