Position Overview
Job Description
- Support with fruit receival, processing and other production duties
- Assist with fermentation management, including Brix and temperatures, pumpovers, inoculations and additions, and pressing
- Assist with cellar operations including barrel filling, racking, topping, and other wine movements
- Perform grape sampling and maturity analysis, as well as lab analysis of musts, juices, and wines
- Maintain a clean and safe working area - there are plenty of cleaning and sanitation duties
Qualifications
- Previous harvest experience is a plus
- Solid communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, critical thinking skills, and a positive team-building attitude
- Ability to work the entire harvest period from late August through November 2026
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended hours, 6 days per week during peak harvest
- Ability to lift 50 lbs....
