Hard FM Supervisor

KUFM is looking for an experienced Hard FM supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. If you are skilled in Hard FM services and have strong technical background, we would love to hear from you.

Job Purpose

You will be responsible for managing Hard FM activities related to Large University Student accommodation campus Project in Abu Dhabi.

Key Accountabilities / KRA Guidelines

• Oversee daily operations of all hard services, including MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, building fabric, BMS, fire systems, CCTV, access control, laundry equipment, and utilities infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with Buildings, Installations & Assets Maintenance and Repair Service requirements.
• Follow-up with OEM/third‑party agencies associated with projects during Defect liability period.
