The Westbourne Handy-Person     Job Description:

•   Handy-person   The handy-person will perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and housekeeping tasks to provide a clean and safe environment to residents of West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, Inc. (WSFSSH) with the goal of enabling residents to live safely and as independently as possible.   Maintenance and Repairs: Assist super, or as directed, in preparing vacant apartments for occupancy As directed:  assist in painting and light repairs As directed:  assist in special projects (for example: stripping and waxing floors) As directed: assist in plumbing and electrical repairs Dress code: Handyman is required to wear the company’s uniform and/or adhere to the dress code policy, and to always maintain a neat and clean appearance.
