Overview of the position:
As a supplier to the HM Prison Service for the provision of maintenance trades & support operatives, Hays is seeking to recruit qualified trades, including a Maintenance Handyman/ person for the Prison in Wolverhampton, HMP Brinsford

The rate is £ per hour premium, inclusive of holiday pay. PAYE

Purpose of the Maintenance role:

As part of the Works Department, you will be responsible for both reactive repairs and planned and preventative maintenance. Currently, the Prison has several refurbishment and general day-to-day maintenance projects underway. As such, the prison requires general handyperson who canplete general tasks such as assisting other trades, putting up signage, general basic painting and carpentry duties, using drills and hand tools and fire alarm/ emergency lighting checks.
