Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join their maintenance team in Strand. The successful candidate will be responsible for general repairs, routine maintenance, and upkeep of residential units, offices, garages, and communal areas to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a handyman or similar maintenance role
• Trade certification (electrical, plumbing, etc.) will be advantageous
• Valid driver’s license preferred
