Build Recruitment are working with a leading Housing Association to recruit a Handyperson to carry out minor repairs and safety checks across residential properties in West Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out health & safety checks (fire alarms, emergency lighting, water testing)Complete minor repairs – basic plumbing, carpentry and general maintenanceSupport communal areas and older persons’ schemesAssist with garage inspections and upkeepDeliver/install equipment (e.g. dehumidifiers, heaters)Work alongside colleagues on two-person jobs when requiredReport additional repairs and maintain van stock Requirements:
