Key Responsibilities

• General Maintenance & Repairs: Perform daily maintenance tasks such as minor electrical repairs, plumbing fixes, carpentry, lighting fixture repairs, door mechanisms, furniture, and office equipment. Conduct routine inspections of office areas, common spaces, meeting rooms and facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns. Execute preventive maintenance schedules for building equipment and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
