Job Overview:
The Handyman – Interior Installations is responsible for carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and installation of interior fixtures and fittings within the property. This role ensures that all guest-facing and back-of-house areas are well-maintained, safe, and aligned with the hotel’s quality and aesthetic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation of interior fixtures such as shelving, cabinetry, curtain rails, blinds, and décor elements
Carry out minor repairs including carpentry, painting, tiling, and basic plumbing
Install and maintain lighting fixtures, fittings, and electrical components (basic level)
Assist with furniture assembly, placement, and repairs
Ensure all installations are completed accurately and to a high standard
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
