We are working with a large format digital print company based in North London. They are currently looking to recruit a hands-on Production Manager, 1-2 direct reports to join their team. This is a practical role requiring strong experience across print production, pre-press, and finishing, with responsibility for managing workflow and meeting tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating large format printers (Mimaki UJV55 & JV33) and plottersPre-press and artwork setup using Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop - Mac)RIP software operation (Rasterlink & Shiraz) and proof preparationMachine maintenance and coordination of service supportColour matching and quality controlStock control and ordering of materials (vinyl, ink, hardware, etc.)Scheduling and prioritising workload, liaising with account managersHands-on finishing: laminating (Seal 62), mounting, vin...
