• Oversee all ramp and handling operations related to airline catering services.
• Ensure seamless coordination between flights, drivers, trucks, and production teams.
• Manage real-time disruptions such as delays, aircraft changes, and operational constraints.
• Maintain strong communication with internal departments and airline clients.
• Own and drive on-time performance (OTP) across all operations.
