Job Responsibilities
Welcome guests with professional and positive attitudeDeliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, nails), according to the hotel’s standardsMaintain hygiene standards and ensure cleanliness of massage rooms and equipmentManage and keep the rooms stockedProvide high level of guest serviceAcknowledging and responding to relevant customer queries, needs and expectationsSuggest and promote retail products and additional services, based on client’s needsCooperate and report to the Spa Manager on any arising issuesApply best practices and be up to date with market trendsRequirements
