Hairdressing salon manager – reporting to owner

Position Details

Type: Permanent, full‑time. Hours: Minimum 40 per week. Pay: $38 per hour. Vacation: 4% paid. Group benefits: health care plan.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily operations
• Hire, train, and supervise staff
• Evaluate daily operations
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff

Qualifications & Skills

• College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 1–2 years
• One year of experience in the beauty industry preferred
• Language of work: English
