Position Overview
Overall store management: Responsible for formulating the daily business hours, service procedures and standard operating procedures of the salon, ensuring efficient operation of all processes. Environment and equipment: Maintain the overall environmental hygiene of the store, supervise the disinfection and hygiene of hairdressing tools, and ensure that the salon meets health and safety standards. Appointment scheduling: Optimize the front desk appointment system, reasonably allocate the schedules of hairdressers, and increase customer occupancy rate and turnover rate.
