**Description**

The candidate must be a competent individual contributor who can execute assigned work as well as able to plan own work supporting projects assigned to ensure key project milestones are met. This position primarily entails developing new makeup formulations for the brands. The candidate will work to support the brand on existing products in terms of shade extensions and reformulations as needed.

Ongoing partnership with brand's Product Development team to obtain formula approval and TSO to ensure product scale⁃up to production. The candidate will also collaborate with other support groups such as safety, regulatory and clinical testing.
