As part of a collaborative venture between The Christie NHS Foundation Trust and MCHFT to develop clinical haematology services, The Christie is pleased to be able to offer a permanent, full‑time position (37.5 hours per week) for the role of Scheduler to work within the Haematology service at Leighton Hospital.

Based at the Leighton Hospital site, your role will be responsible for booking outpatient and treatment appointments on the electronic system. Telephone communication with patients will be a large part of the role along with collaboration with other areas within the department. You will work across the Haematology service at Leighton Hospital alongside a team of administrative staff, Clinical Haematology Consultants, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Cancer Support workers.
