Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all partner communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on deliverables and revenue. Also responsible for communicating and resolving conflicts and/ or issues with clients, employees, etc. of such handled accounts.Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Manager or if any problems that may arise.Accountable for the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing account.Work closely with the team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of account status thus identifying potential issues and/or opportunities.Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that accounts are profitable.Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business,
