POSITION: GV Support Consultant - SAP HR/Payroll (Mandarin Speaker)

Role Objective

To Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to the delivery of World Class Service in providing GlobalView application services and solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GlobalView configuration standards and conventions
• Adhere to ADP procedures and policies
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level post-live issue resolution within Service Level Agreement timeframes – specifically investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation
• Prepare functional specifications and change control requests
• Ensure that customer needs not effectively addressed within the current offering, are communicated to GlobalView Product Manager
