Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent FGASA Level 2 (NQF4) preferred Full trails Valid driver's licence & Pr DP ARH competency The successful candidates must have: Minimum of 5 years lodge working experience. 4 or 5 * an advantage. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent operational experience encompassing every aspect of Lodge Management including HR, Admin, Finance, FOH & Guest Experience and basic kitchen knowledge. Ability to receive instruction and follow thought as required. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests, staff and external stakeholders.
