Job Title: Guest Services Representative

Reports to: General Manager and Event Security Supervisor
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Compensation Grade: $16/Hour
Summary
The Guest Services Representative shall greet and guide Sanford Center guests to the requested locations. Greeter shall maintain an excellent public image for the Sanford Center, and shall interact with employees, patrons, and vendors regarding amenities, art, policies, procedures and overall operating guidelines of Legends Global/Sanford Center.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
+ Meet and greet guests; offer assistance in answering questions, provide directions to locations within our facility as well as to various amenities and services.
+ On inquiry, inform guest of amenities and walking distance locations.
