Position Overview

1. 负责前台接待、入住办理、退房结算及问询解答等宾客服务工作,确保服务流程规范、高效、友好;
2. 协调处理宾客需求与投诉,及时响应并跟进解决,提升宾客满意度与体验;
3. 准确录入和维护宾客信息及系统数据,保障信息真实、完整、安全,严格遵守个人信息保密要求;
4. 配合完成客房状态核对、预订管理、账务核验及相关跨部门协作任务。

1. 高中及以上学历,具备良好的普通话表达能力,掌握基础英语沟通能力者优先;
2. 具备1年以上酒店前厅或客户服务相关工作经验,熟悉PMS系统操作者优先;
3. 具备较强的服务意识、沟通协调能力及应变能力,能适应轮班制工作安排;
4. 遵守劳动法律法规,无就业歧视性限制条件,符合国家关于劳动年龄及健康状况的通用要求。
