Job Description Handle checking in and checking out of Hotel guets in accordance with Hotel Standard of Procedure Monitor room status on a daily basis and report status accordingly Communicate with Housekeeping on status of Hotel guests arrival and departure Accurately handle cash float, credit card charges and cash payment Familiar with various types of booking and room categories Handle guest requests, feedback and direct request to appropriate departments Book taxi and arrange wake up calls for Hotel guests
Requirements Diploma from preferably hospitality or related field Able to work shifts (weekends/PH/night) Good communication skills Minimum 1 year relevant experince Proficient in Computer Applications
