Position Overview
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to the guests. The Guest Service Officer - Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience from arrival to departure, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and working closely with the concierge and front office teams.
Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.Work experience as a Guest Service Officer within luxury hotels is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
