Location: East (Company Transport Provided at Tanah Merah MRT) 5-day work week (Mon to Sun) Rotating Shifts: 8.30am to 5.45pm / 10.45am to 8.00pm
Job Responsibilities: Manage daily villa bookings, amendments, and check-in/out operations. Handle guest enquiries, payments, and service recovery when needed. Prepare reports, quotations, and billing requests. Oversee lost & found items and monitor vehicle registration. Provide guests with stay information and assistance during their visit. Handle feedback, complaints, and incidents professionally. Support Duty Manager and perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
