1. 负责宾客服务中心电话接听与转接，准确记录并及时传递宾客咨询、需求及投诉信息；
2. 协助处理宾客预约、信息查询、流程指引等基础服务事项，确保响应及时、服务规范；
3. 配合团队完成日常服务数据整理、系统录入及交接班信息同步等工作。

1. 大专及以上学历，专业不限，具备良好的普通话表达能力与基本英语沟通能力；
2. 具备较强的服务意识、责任心和情绪管理能力，能适应轮班制工作安排；
3. 熟练使用办公软件，学习能力强，能快速掌握内部服务系统及操作流程。
