Position Overview
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1. Room Cleaning & Upkeep**
+ Clean and service guest rooms as per brand standards
+ Change bed linen, replenish amenities, and ensure room readiness
+ Ensure bathrooms, fixtures, and fittings are clean and functional
**2. Public Area Maintenance**
+ Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, and public areas
+ Ensure proper disposal of waste and upkeep of surroundings
**3. Guest Service**
+ Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping-related queries
+ Ensure courteous and professional interaction with guests
+ Report any guest complaints to the supervisor
**4. Coordination**
+ Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status updates
+ Inform Engineering team about maintenance issues
+ Ensure timely room availability for arrivals
