Job Description
- Assist guests with check-in and checkout, including cashiering duties and room key issuance
- Review arrival lists and prepare guest information systems prior to arrival
- Welcome guests and provide special recognition to repeat guests and VIPs
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met
- Handle guest complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently
- Manage guest communications including mail, messages, and telephone inquiries
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Monitor in-house credit matters and report any discrepancies
- Alert Security or Duty Manager of any suspicious activity or persons
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
