Join our dynamic team as a Guest Service Agent at Sofitel Brisbane Central, located in the heart of Brisbane City. We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to create exceptional experiences for our guests. As an ambassador of our Front Office Reception team, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive at the hotel through to their departure, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. You will be the face of the hotel, the key point of contact for guests and a Heartist who delivers cousu main moments and an exceptional level of luxury experience.  

You’ll excel in this role if you are energetic, self-motivated, have attention to detail, and are passionate about creating exceptional service experiences.
