Responsibilities

• Luggage service is timely and efficient.
• Guests are escorted to their rooms and familiarised with the hotel and its services.
• Energy and material saving policies are followed and waste is recycled.
• Communicates effectively with team members and other departments to support hotel operations and guest wellbeing.
• Assists guests with luggage upon arrival and departure according to service standards.
• Welcomes guests in a friendly, caring manner and handles requests politely and efficiently.
• Collects luggage from rooms, stores it securely until departure.
