Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
2–3 years of proven experience in guest relations, hospitality management or a similar role.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints and issues promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Supervise and guide staff across housekeeping, front desk and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Schedule and manage staff shifts to guarantee adequate coverage and service delivery.
Oversee the upkeep of the guest house, ensuring it remains clean, well-maintained and in good repair.
