The Guest Relations Agent plays a vital role in ensuring each guest enjoys a comfortable and pleasant stay, making full use of the hotel’s services and amenities. The agent also handles and resolves issues efficiently to contribute to smooth daily operations.

- Review arrival lists to identify and prepare for VIP guests.
