Responsibilities

1. Support Guest Experience Management by:
   • Utilizing Ticketmaster and other applicable ticketing platforms.
   • Assisting with Ticket Builds & Ticket Purchasing Processes.
   • Assisting with the configuration of event builds.
   • Overseeing ticket sales and admission scanning execution for events using the ticketing system and scanners.
   • Troubleshooting any problems that may arise during event execution, documenting and correcting in a timely manner.
   • Receiving, recording and reconciling debit, credit, and special vouchers, as events require.
