A McDonald's Guest Experience Lead (GEL) is responsible for ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all of our customers. This role involves welcoming guests, assisting with self- ordering kiosks, managing customer inquiries and actively seeking ways to enhance the customer experience. They may also be involved with training crew members on service standards and guest interactions.
