Position Overview
1. 全面负责管事部日常运营管理,统筹餐具、布草、清洁用品等物资的验收、储存、发放与盘点工作;
2. 制定并优化管事部作业流程与操作标准,确保符合食品安全、卫生管理及成本控制要求;
3. 监督指导下属员工规范执行清洗、消毒、分拣、归位等各环节作业,保障服务支持质量与时效;
4. 协同餐饮部、客房部等相关部门,及时响应物资需求,提升跨部门协作效率;
5. 负责管事部人员排班、培训、绩效反馈及基础团队管理,营造安全、合规、积极的工作环境。
1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理、工商管理等相关专业优先;
2. 具有2年及以上酒店或大型餐饮服务企业管事部、后勤保障类岗位管理工作经验;
3. 熟悉餐饮后厨物资管理流程、食品安全卫生规范及仓储管理基本要求;
4. 具备良好的组织协调能力、执行力和团队管理意识,责任心强,能适应服务行业工作节奏;
5. 遵守劳动法律法规,无就业歧视性限制,符合国家关于平等就业、隐私保护及禁止扣押证件/收取财物等合规要求。
