Position Overview
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with the local & global team to build consumer focused assortments for Singapore & Malaysia and develop annual strategic brand management plans & activities for assigned brand / category in the market. Ensure products and product lines fall under their respective consumer profile in the region.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage product offerings, pricing, promotions, forecasting and inventory to achieve sales and market share KPI’s/target
Work with channel teams to communicate quarterly to annual GTM plans
Execute jewelry category plans including customer channels, product, fixtures, VM, training, marketing and launch activities
Recommendations on operating plans, promotion mechanics and changes in market trends
Facilitate door approvals to ensure compliance with global approval guidelines
Monitor & identify market trends & competitors in the marketplace
