We're looking for a GTM Lead who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This is a high-ownership role for an MBA graduate who wants to shape how we go to market — from defining our ideal customer to closing the loop between marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy

• Define and refine our ideal customer profile (ICP), target segments, and buyer personas
• Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates us in a crowded AI market
• Build GTM plans for new features and product launches — pricing, packaging, and channel strategy
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform where we play and how we win

Demand Generation & Growth

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (content, email, paid, events) to build qualified pipeline
