GTM Generalist (Internship / Contract → Full-Time)

Entry-level role at Metaflow AI for someone who wants to do GTM, agentic solution engineering, and customer success at the same time. Starts as an internship or contract with a clear path to full-time based on output.

What you’ll do

• Run inbound and outbound: qualify leads, prospect growth/marketing ops teams, take deals from first touch to close.
• Act as an AI solution engineer in sales cycles — scope use cases, demo live, build POCs in our no-code agent builder.
• Forward-deploy with new customers: build their first agents with them, set up evals, debug edge cases, ship workflows that work in production.
• Turn repeated patterns into templates, playbooks, and enablement content so customers ramp faster.
• Feed product the friction, gaps, and eval failures you see in the field.
