Our client in the Construction Industry is looking to hire a GS training and Development Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the Company's training, learning and development plans and policies and that are aligned with Group's People Strategy, Transformation Plan, and legislative requirements.
- Lead the implementation of Bursary, Graduate Mentorship, Apprenticeship and Learnership Programmes.
- Coordinate the implementation and administration of the Group's leadership development programmes.
- Lead the implementation of the Company's induction programme.
- Ensure accurate, complete, and up to date training records on the HR/Payroll and other systems to enable accurate reporting.
- Prepare accurate, effective, and timeous training reports and statistics to internal stakeholders such as CHRO, Exco and the Board.
