**Job Purpose**

The main responsibility of this task is to create sailing schedules that do not exist, using the information available on the carrier's website. It is crucial that ticket processing is completed within specific timeframes: within 5 minutes if no tracking number (TN) is involved, within 12 minutes if there is a request to link a schedule to a TN, and within 24 hours for bulk requests.
