Position Overview
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and organized GRV Clerk to join their team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately processing all goods received, ensuring that deliveries match purchase orders, and maintaining proper records within the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and process Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) accurately and timeously
- Verify incoming stock against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management
- Create credit notes and follow up on goods returned and credit notes from suppliers
- Ensure all supporting documentation is complete and properly filed
- Work closely with the warehouse and procurement teams
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock counts
