Join HYPES as the owner of user growth and lifetime value — the person who turns data into strategy and strategy into measurable outcomes. You will integrate user behaviour, product, and market data to design and execute initiatives across the full growth funnel: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetisation. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will build the growth engine that drives HYPES' commercial success from the ground up.
