Position Overview
Responsibilities - Own top-line revenue growth targets and justify all marketing spend against realized revenue
- Develop and execute an omnichannel performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and SEO
- Translate the Founders' vision into a scalable, data-driven growth roadmap and manage the Growth and BD teams
- Lead the Contact Centre operations to optimize the conversion from leads to booked appointments
- Identify and secure high-value strategic partnerships with insurance providers and corporate wellness entities
- Implement advanced measurement strategies, including Server-Side Tracking and Meta Conversions API (CAPI)
- Manage the marketing budget with a relentless focus on CAC, LTV, and ROAS
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Product, and Finance teams to ensure clinical accuracy and unit economic efficiency
