Growth and Performance Designer

Questrade is looking for a Growth & Performance Designer who understands that design is a hypothesis until data proves it right. You will build visual systems that stop the scroll, drive clicks, and help Canadians keep more of their money.

Key Responsibilities

• Multichannel Asset Creation: develop and implement AI‑first workflows to generate a high volume of assets across the entire funnel, including websites, landing pages, static display ads, and short‑form video content.
• Motion Design & Video: drive engagement by creating high‑impact motion graphics and video edits for TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Programmatic channels.
• Rapid Prototyping & A/B Testing: take winning concepts and “remix” them into multiple variations to find the ultimate performance winner, balancing hypothesis‑based testing with creative taste.
